“Living in such a fast paced world we tend to accumulate stress and all of its physiological manifestations, in turn, reducing our qualify of life. When I decided to take up a Yoga practice, little did I know that I would fall in love with the breathing, posturing, and wisdom of Yoga. I was finally able to slow down, go inward, and experience a quality of life again. It was with Yoga that my true healing process began. I started eating cleaner, spending more time outdoors, and started noticing stress and anxiety fall away by the day. With Yoga I learned to face the darkest aspects myself – my doubts, my fears, my flaws, my past – and through this I learned to connect with the brighter and higher aspects of who I truly was meant to be. I found all of this peace and internal wisdom through tuning into my breath, all while in postures had never before considered doing with my body. Yoga inspired me to be a better version of myself in all areas of my life. Each day I am grateful for all the gifts Yoga has brought to my life. Namaste!”>
